Start Date: 12/15/2025
End Date/Duration: Ongoing, until 03/16/2026
Shift: Day shift | 4-5 days/week, 8 hours/day, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
Hours/week: 32-40
Employment Type: Contract
Licenses/Certifications: Active dental license required; Endodontist specialization preferred
Experience: New grads welcome (standard case mix)
Hourly Pay Rate: $3,819

Perform standard endodontic procedures utilizing WaveOne rotary system or other systems as preferred
Manage patient care through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Conduct procedures in a busy, professional environment with 3 operatories
Document patient cases accurately using Open Dental EMR
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain all licensing and certification requirements
Support new provider onboarding and case management flexibility
Required: Active dental license in Ohio, willingness to perform standard endo procedures, strong communication and patient management skills
Preferred: Familiarity with WaveOne rotary system or openness to new systems, recent graduation or experienced provider ready to start ASAP
