Job Overview A law firm seeks a Leasing Attorney with a minimum of five years' experience in commercial leasing to join its Real Estate Group in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience with office, industrial, and retail leases, with solar leasing experience being a plus. Duties Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements. Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys. Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing. Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science leases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Education Juris Doctor (JD). Certifications Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application. Skills Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
