Whether grabbing our world famous frozen yogurt or meeting a friend for a sit down meal, we rely on our Cook Professionals to deliver an exceptional culinary experience through selection of ingredient, food preparation and presentation standards. Essential Functions

\n

\n
• Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new and on-brand initiatives
\n
• Collaborates with manager to create menus for special events as needed
\n
• Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers
\n
• Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and exceed customer expectations
\n

\n

Competencies

\n

\n
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
\n
• 1-2 years direct experience
\n
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
\n

\n

Physical Requirements

\n

\n
• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
\n
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
\n
• Position may require working in a warm kitchen environment
\n
• Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs.
\n
