Treatment Coordinator - Gentle Dental Panama

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our Gentle Dental Panama team in Bakersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, explaining treatment and financial options, and helping people feel confident moving forward with their dental care.
About the Role

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will guide patients from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance, serving as an important connection between the patient and clinical team.

You will help patients understand their recommended treatment, answer questions about costs and financial options, and provide a supportive, organized experience throughout their care journey.

In this role, you will:

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review treatment costs, insurance considerations, and available financial options
• Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions about their care
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to create a seamless patient experience
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps
• Build trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and customer service
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Help create a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of front office experience in a dental or medical environment
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain financial information clearly and professionally
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfortable working with computers and practice management systems; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• A patient-focused, solutions-oriented approach

Compensation

$23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Plus a $1,000 signing bonus!
