Ourclient offers a unique direct primary care model that is transforminghealthcare by empowering physicians to deliver exceptional patient care. Theyare seeking a family physician (or IM/peds) for their health center in Wellington,Florida.

Physicianshave more time with patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health,and overall wellness. Patients benefit from high-quality medical care,education to make informed health decisions, and ongoing encouragement andsupport to maintain healthier lifestyles. Internal resources, includingdietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists, are availableto patients and providers for consultation at no cost.

Highlights:

Average 10-16 patients per day (patient ages 2+)

1 hour scheduled for new patients/30 minutes forestablished and acute visits

Flexible Schedule with potential to work 4 shifts per week

No weekends and minimal call

Strong work-life balance

Guaranteed Base Income (mid $200's, negotiable based onexperience) plus 5% quality bonus

Comprehensive Employee Benefits, including:

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrician (see patients 2+ years)
