\n Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine and Pediatrics trained physician to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY. Join a well-established Med-Peds only practice searching for our sixth partner! \n
\n\n \n
\n\n Enjoy shared call with the schedule being one out of every sixth night and or weekend. The position offers a flexible 4-day work week with a half day of inpatient newborn nursery and low acuity pediatric care and three and a half days of outpatient adult and pediatric care. \n

\n\n \n
\n\n Baptist Health prioritizes work-life balance with our DAX co-pilot AI program to help remove the burdens of charting, and we have a dedicated in-basket team to continually improve the workflow of patient physician communication. Our practice also has a social worker, an MA dedicated to paperwork, and a nurse coordinator to help our physicians spend more time with their patients and less time with administrative burdens.\n
