Radwell Sales & Customer Support Hiring Event | Willingboro, NJ Location: 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 Dates: Thursday 6/11 4pm to 7pm; Friday 6/12 7am-12pm and Saturday 6/13 8am -12pm

We're excited to host a three-day hiring event to fill multiple openings across our Inside Sales and Customer Support teams. We will be conducting interviews throughout all three days, and candidates will be contacted to reserve a time slot after applying. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Inside Sales Representative

• A fast-paced, phone-based role focused on handling inbound inquiries, building relationships, and converting opportunities into orders. Great for someone who enjoys talking with customers and staying busy throughout the day.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) Potential: o Year 1 Average Earnings: $60,000$80,000 o Year 2 Average Earnings: $80,000$100,000 o Base pay for this position is $20.00 per hour ($41,600 annually) with commission starting on day one!

Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

• Similar to our Inside Sales role but supporting both English and Spanish-speaking customers. This position combines customer support, order processing, and sales activities in a high-energy environment.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) Potential: o Year 1 Average Earnings: $64,000$84,000 o Year 2 Average Earnings: $84,000$104,000 o Base pay for this position is $22.00 per hour ($45,760 annually) with commission starting on day one!

Customer Support Specialist

• A high-volume, email-focused role centered around responding to customer inquiries, routing requests, and keeping communication moving quickly and accurately. Ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and strong in written communication.
• Weekend work is required for this role
• The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $28.00 - $38.00 per hour ($58,240 - $79,040 annually).
• You will also be eligible for a year-end company bonus.

Sales Order Processor

• A detail-driven role responsible for processing customer orders, following up, and ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Great for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and enjoys staying organized.
• The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $25.00 per hour ($52,000 annually).
• Eligible for a bonus/commission plan after 90 days of employment

Customer Satisfaction Coordinator

• Focused on resolving customer issues, handling returns and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working cross-functionally to support customers
• The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00 per hour ($43,680 annually).
• You will also be eligible for a year-end company bonus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and managing customer requests
• Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions
• Working across internal teams to meet customer needs
• Managing a high volume of activity in a structured environment
• Building relationships and supporting revenue growth

No Sales Experience? No Problem. You do not need a sales background to succeed in this role. If you're used to staying busy, talking to people all day, and multitasking, you will do well in this role.
