Dining Services Manager - HIRE AHEAD We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Services Manager to oversee all aspects of dining services for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising dietary staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and creating a pleasant dining experience that meets the nutritional needs of our residents. Responsibilities: Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff Conduct staff training and ongoing coaching Monitor staff performance and ensure accountability Maintain appropriate staffing levels and assist with recruitment and retention efforts Foster a positive and teamwork-oriented environment Oversee preparation and service of three daily meals and snacks Ensure meal service is timely, efficient, and resident-focused Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control Ensure adequate coverage for Assisted Living and Memory Care dining services Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two years of food service experience Previous supervisory or management experience Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to lead and motivate a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Healthcare, or Hospitality ServSafe Certification or equivalent Experience with special diets and senior nutrition Culinary training or dietary management experience Schedule: Full-Time Primarily daytime hours with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Participation in an on-call rotation may be required Why Join Our Team?
