Your Role as a Recruiter and Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented Recruiter & Administrative Coordinator to support recruiting and administrative functions. This position requires someone who is dependable, proactive, technologically proficient, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

  What You'll Do as a Recruiter and Admin Coordinator

• Recruit and interview candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Source qualified candidates, including for hard-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, job postings, and candidate documentation.
• Provide administrative and scheduling support as needed.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe on an advanced level.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Follow through on assignments and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  What You Bring as a Recruiter and Admin Coordinator

• Previous recruiting and administrative experience.
• Experience interviewing both hourly and salaried candidates.
• Proven ability to source candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Highly professional, reliable, and accountable.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude .
• Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently.
