Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – Providence St. Mary Medical Center (Apple Valley, CA) $5000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Full‑time, 8‑hour day shift position. Pay Range: $51.76 – $80.34 per hour. Additional compensation, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities, may be available. Responsibilities Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury or loss of body part. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Required Qualifications Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program. Foreign trained applicants must complete successful entry‑level educational equivalency review. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, or sub‑acute care settings.
