This position is in our Strategic Deterrent Systems Division to execute the Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase of the Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program in support of the United States Air Force. This position will be located on campus in Roy, UT or Manhattan Beach, CA.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You’ll Get To Do:Lead the installation PDP activities for the Command Systems (CS) Hardware Operating Unit to drive design integration across subsystems and nodes. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of related experience or Master's degree and 6 years of related experienceMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need1+ years of experience with design integration and engineering drawing development3+ years of experience with CAD modeling softwareThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:1+ years of formal experience leading a project and/or driving performance against cost and scheduleICBM ExperienceExperience with Siemens NX and PLMControl Account Manager training and/or experience managing programs or subcontracts in an Earned Value frameworkFamiliarity with the ASME Y14.x suite of engineering drawing standardsExperience in creating Product Definition Package (PDP) or PDP like productsMultidisciplined technical breadthPrimary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
