A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to provide telehealth support for a small school district near the Ozark National Forest in Norfork, Arkansas. This role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism, supporting approximately 6-10 K-12 students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth ABA therapy sessions tailored to individual student goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress data.
• Support the professional growth of ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with Autism.
