Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and email correspondence for the Education & Training team
• Provide customer service and technical assistance to business areas, partners, stakeholders, and consumers
• Maintain knowledge of organizational programs, resources, and operating systems
• Perform administrative and office management tasks to support Education & Training operations
• Coordinate event planning and management activities, including training classes
• Create and maintain user guides and other instructional resources
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and training sessions
• Use virtual meeting platforms such as Webex to support training and meeting activities
• Support survey evaluations and reporting
• Use CVENT to set up classes, approve agendas, and provide technical support to partners
• Apply planning, organizational, and project management skills to coordinate training and administrative activities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
