Description Associate RN Employee (Caregiver) Health – On Call, Variable Shift. The Caregiver Health Nurse (RN) provides clinical caregiver health services, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements and Providence Saint Joseph Health policies. The Associate CHRN collaborates with teams such as Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well‑being to deliver high‑quality occupational and environmental health services. Duties include pre‑employment health screens, vaccinations, training and education, surveillance management, and support of caregivers within the scope of Caregiver Health Services to prepare them for safe work performance. Required Qualifications Washington Registered Nurse License on hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association on hire 1 year experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 6 months experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting 6 months experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM Benefits Pay Range: $45.73 – $71.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
