We specialize in creating inventive products that transform designated spaces into magical experiences for all ages. The selected candidate will be responsible for sales execution and growing Obie for Kids business in the US market. The job will include reaching out and establishing interest, generate new sales leads, follow up on incoming leads, interact with customers and prospects, conduct demos, recruit communities in multiple states, sell and manage the administrative aspects of the sale.

This is a full-time remote working environment. The territory will cover the entire US market initially and may be refined over time. Limited travel will be expected for on-site visits with sales prospects and attendance at industry trade shows.

Essential Job Functions

• Identify and engage with potential customers in the kid's market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets
• Plan and manage the sale process from lead generation to closure.
• Communicate with customers and prospects via email, phone, video conferences or on site.
• Conduct product demos and presentations daily, attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Obie and network with potential customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials
• Establish and maintain extensive product knowledge around Obie.
• Prepare formal quotes and sales proposals
• Maintain thorough records of customer data, communications, proposals, and sales stage within the Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve or exceed quota and targets to be assigned
• The successful candidate will demonstrate "hunter" sales skills
• Have access to high-speed internet service and a quiet, secure working environment

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree

Experience

Required:
Sales experience and quota achievement
Proven track record of successfully driving sales and building relationships with key stakeholders in the kids market


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrate an outgoing, enthusiastic personality

Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly identify problems and find effective solutions


Strong written and oral communication skills, including leading Webinars


Outstanding time management skills.

Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word preferred


Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.

Ability to multitask and complete tasks without supervision

Ability to work, produce results and achieve assigned goals


Ability to promote teamwork and professionalism.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team
