Our Level III NICU provides advanced, aroundtheclock care for preterm and critically ill newborns, offering an incredible practice environment for NNPs committed to excellence. About the Sky Ridge Level III NICU: Our NICU cares for infants as early as 23 weeks' gestation, supported by stateoftheart technology and an expert multidisciplinary team. Sky Ridge features: A Level III 29-bed NICU offering comprehensive critical care for premature and ill newborns 250-300 deliveries per month ADC 10-15. >/= 26 weeks 24 hour NNP shifts 24/7 inhouse coverage by OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, and highly trained L&D nurses Oncall perinatologists and neonatologists available 24/7 for advanced support Why You'll Love Working Here: As an NNP at Sky Ridge, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering the highest standard of neonatal care. Ideal Candidates: We are looking for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners who: Bring a passion for highacuity neonatal care Thrive in a collaborative, fastpaced clinical environment Are committed to supporting families through compassionate, evidencebased practice Candidates should have minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Level III/IV Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master's degree Candidates should have minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Level III/IV Benefits and Compensation Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours.
