PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known food manufacturing company in Glendale Heights, IL.
PROMAN Staffing is seeking a reliable Sanitation Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant food manufacturing environment.
Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift
Shift Length: 8-12 Hours
Temp-to-Hire
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery.
- Wash and sanitize carts, bins, and containers used in food production.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout production areas according to food safety standards.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in keeping production operations audit-ready and compliant.
- Perform heavy lifting and movement of equipment, carts, and materials as needed during cleaning procedures.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move heavy equipment and materials throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in both warm and cold environments.
- HEAVY LIFTING
Important: This position is focused on cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and manufacturing areas only. Bathroom cleaning is not required.
Work Environment- Cold food manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to both warm and cold environments.
- Fast-paced production setting.
- PPE required as directed for food safety and workplace safety standards.
