Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable). Radiography certification (if applicable). 2+ years of hands‑on dental assisting experience. Up‑to‑date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training. A positive, energetic, “let’s get it done” attitude. Extra Skills We Love Open Dental experience. Experience with Nomad and digital scanning. Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring. Killer multitasking and organizational skills.
