Position Overview

We are seeking a Residential Electrical Mechanic with a at least 5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience.

This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and complete installations safely and professionally while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service work, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Install and replace panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
• Follow all NEC and local electrical codes
• Work independently while also collaborating with other technicians when needed

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience as an Electrical Mechanic
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience performing residential service work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred

• 4–10 years of residential electrical experience
• Experience with service upgrades, generators, EV chargers, pool equipment, and home automation
• OSHA certifications are a plus

• $30–$45 per hour , depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available (weekends available)
