Lifeguard - Safe Waters & Exceptional Guest Service

Overview Join our aquatic team as a Lifeguard and be a guardian of safety and enjoyment at our swimming facility. In this role, you will oversee pool activities, ensure a safe environment for all patrons and their guests, and provide exceptional guest services. Your proactive presence will help create a fun, secure, and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can swim with confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in water safety and guest interaction. Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or emergencies Respond swiftly and effectively to all water-related incidents using first aid and CPR techniques Conduct routine pool maintenance including cleaning and Lifeguard equipment inspections to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards Assist guests with pool access, provide information about pool rules, and deliver excellent guest services to enhance their experience Qualifications Provide 1-3 character references. Ability to swim confidently and perform water rescues when necessary Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform water rescues, and stand or walk for extended periods Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Open to the possibility of assisting patrons with swimming skills.
