Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical / Surgical Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8-hour Day Shift, 07:00-15:30 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience License: RN License or Compact License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Telemetry experience Job Description: - Seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for an immediate start. - The position involves working a combination of 12-hour day shifts, totaling 36 or 48 hours per week. - Requires working every other weekend and rotating holidays. - The facility is a 39-bed, mixed-acuity setup specializing in medical, surgical, and stepdown levels of care. - Patient population primarily consists of elderly individuals but can include patients as young as 18 years. - Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 4:1 or 5:1, depending on patient acuity. - Proof of state residency is required for the license.
