• License/Certifications: Valid Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
• Experience: 2+ years of ICU experience, EPIC systems experience required; oncology experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to adult ICU patients, including those with hemorrhagic shock, sepsis, stroke, and other critical diagnoses
• Manage complex procedures such as ICP monitoring, EVD management, CRRT, and ventilator management
• Monitor and titrate vasopressors and other ICU medications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in the EPIC system
• Respond quickly and effectively to patient emergencies during night shifts
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards

What You Need

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• 2+ years of ICU experience with adult patients
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and critical patient needs

• Oncology care experience
• Knowledge of advanced ICU procedures and protocols
