Senior OIM & IAM Developer: Secure Access & Governance

We are seeking a Senior OIM Developer to support identity and access management (IAM) initiatives within a cybersecurity-focused environment. This role will focus on developing and enhancing identity governance solutions, ensuring secure access, automation, and compliance across enterprise systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions within Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Support identity governance, access provisioning, and role lifecycle management Build and maintain integrations between OIM and enterprise systems Customize workflows, connectors, and provisioning processes Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to enforce secure access controls Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and system integrations Work independently while contributing to a broader IAM team Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in IAM, with strong focus on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Hands‑on experience with OIM development, customization, and integrations Strong understanding of identity governance, provisioning, and access control models Ability to work independently in a structured team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
