We're hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and Portuguese. If you're fluent in both languages and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Portuguese.
• Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
• Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.
