Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse

Gentell is a world‑class wound‑care company based in Yardley, PA. We’re looking for a licensed nurse, PT, OT, or LPN to support long‑term care facilities across the greater Grand Island area. This role requires frequent travel to multiple facility locations, with daily travel and occasional overnight stays, as well as participation in annual corporate training sessions that may involve flight travel and hotel accommodations. Employees are responsible for monitoring COVID‑19 symptoms and following CDC and CMS guidelines, and the company provides full PPE and telehealth tools for remote service. Responsibilities Work with long‑term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions Monitor proper application and utilization of wound care products Understand Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines Educate facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements Order wound care products through the internal FastCare system for residents Support facility wound‑care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding product coverage guidelines Travel to multiple facility locations across the greater Grand Island area, including day travel and occasional overnight stays; participate in annual corporate training with potential flight and hotel stays Follow COVID‑19 policies, self‑monitor symptoms, and use PPE and telehealth tools as required Requirements Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OT‑L, DPM, or similar); certification accepted within the first year of hire Exceptional customer service skills Business savvy and sales‑oriented mindset Self‑starter who can work independently Hard‑working, motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented Lives in the designated area and is willing to travel on a daily basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Gentell
