The Mission As a Mixer, you’ll be the spark behind every consistent batch—turning precise formulas into bakery doughs that meet strict QA and R&D expectations. Your focus keeps quality soaring and production moving. Key responsibilities: Mix all product varieties exactly to posted mix instructions and specifications Run and monitor mixing and ingredient-handling equipment (mixers, scales, pallet jacks, flour/water/oil transfer systems) Stage and use ingredients in proper rotation using FIFO Complete required documentation and basic computer entries Work safely under GMPs, PPE requirements, and all safety rules, including Lock Out/Tag Out and Confined Space Entry Required qualifications/skills: High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) Strong reading/writing, communication, and attention to detail Basic math skills (fractions/decimals/ratios) and basic computer knowledge Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely; self‑motivated and quick to learn If you’re ready to own your station and raise the bar on every mix, apply today. Inside the Mix Room You clock in onsite in Tulsa and step into a fast-moving rhythm—checking the day’s mix instructions, verifying ingredients are staged, and lining up the next batch. Throughout the shift, you keep an eye on weights, timings, and dough characteristics, making sure every run matches the standard before it heads to the next step. Between batches, you stay organized: keeping materials flowing, logging what matters, and maintaining a clean, inspection‑ready area. The schedule runs Monday–Saturday, with Sundays when needed—ideal for someone who thrives on pace, precision, and measurable wins.
