Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $52.00 (based on experience/mobile) Monthly Bonus: Position offers monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (for full‑time positions) PTO: 25 days in your first year Position Summary The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants in the examination and treatment of patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, including performing patient X‑rays and reporting results to medical providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our centers. The RT completes all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner while living our vision and mission to become the urgent care partner of choice. Key Responsibilities Responsible for x‑ray services as needed. Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x‑ray services for patients by applying x‑ray energy to assist in the diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly. Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use. Push patients in a wheelchair when necessary. Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain quality‑assurance/quality‑control logs for equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work. Social perceptiveness and service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and patient‑management software preferred. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma (required); Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Tech program (required). Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred; RT Flex/Mobile – travels between locations during the workday while on the clock; MVR required. Certifications (Required at Time of Hire): Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration; Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist; Valid State Driver’s License.
