Customer Service Specialist

Facilitating intake calls for on-demand and scheduled language services, the fully remote Customer Service Representative I will provide exceptional customer support, log requests, and ensure satisfactory call quality while working in a dynamic call center environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate intake calls via video and audio, triaging and routing callers accordingly Log and track calls and scheduling requests while providing client service experiences Achieve satisfactory call quality metrics through regular reviews and feedback Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with call center software and scheduling tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs Reliable high-speed internet with sufficient bandwidth Fluency in English with a positive attitude towards customer service
