As an Assembler on our production team, you’ll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on. Responsibilities Assemble & Package : Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components. Meet Production Goals : Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards. Hands‑On Work : Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor. Continuous Improvement : Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team. Housekeeping : Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Qualifications Entry‑Level Talent : No prior manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Small parts assembly experience a plus. Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently Detail‑Oriented : Ability to follow step‑by‑step processes and maintain high accuracy. Team Player : Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Safety Focused : Commitment to following all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
