Logistics Supervisor - Packaging/Production

Job Title Logistics Supervisor – Packaging/Production (Inwood, WV) Job Summary Immediate hiring for a Logistics Supervisor in the Packaging/Production division. The role reports to the Manager and oversees day‑to‑day logistics operations, coaching, and development of staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations. Plan and review logistics processes with the Manager to ensure alignment with company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities of workers for optimal shift/team logistics. Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with customers on all operational aspects. Meet regularly with team members individually and collectively to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, seeking opportunities to improve internal processes. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend awards or merit increases, and address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process. Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations. Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and enforce company rules and policies. Provide orientation and ongoing support to employees and Lead Hands. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Zero to one (1) year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required. Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures. Strong planning and organizational skills with excellent time‑management. Results‑oriented, effective leader with motivating and interpersonal skills. Proficient verbal and written communication in English; bilingual capability in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and follow‑up practices. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of $65,000, paid twice per month.
