Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate excels at building rapport, takes a person-centered approach to care, and communicates effectively across disciplines. You’ll work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric services in post-acute and long-term care settings.
