Lead InstallersInstall the Best for a Best in Industry Brand!Since July 1, 2000, Comfort Solutions has grown from one employee and a service van into one of Utah's leading providers of heating, air conditioning, fireplaces, and plumbing services.Comfort Solutions is looking for experienced Lead Installers in our HVAC department!This role is ideal for a skilled installer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring team members, solving challenges in the field, and delivering an exceptional experience for homeowners.As an HVAC Install Lead You Will:Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.What We're Looking For:3–5 years of HVAC installation experiencePrior leadership or crew lead experience preferredEPA Certification requiredRMGA Certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug testComfort Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
