Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will encompass a variety of crucial responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to gather critical information about clients' mental health conditions and crafting personalized treatment plans that outline measurable and achievable goals. \n
- Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, tailored to the specific needs of each client. \n
- Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and continuously tracking their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed. \n
- Offering flexible teletherapy options for clients who may find in-person visits challenging due to geographical or mobility constraints. \n
- Maintaining meticulous documentation and client records to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, demonstrating our organization’s commitment to excellence in care. \n
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, emerging trends in mental health care, and innovative therapeutic modalities. \n
Your expertise will be pivotal in serving a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and trust with clients from the first interaction. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are fundamental to your practice, allowing clients to feel safe in sharing their challenges. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload while fulfilling administrative duties in compliance with practice policies. \n
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas:

- Experience in telehealth services, enhancing the delivery of care to remote clients. \n
- Specialized training in therapy modalities relevant to trauma recovery, couples therapy, or adolescent counseling. \n
- Knowledge of community resources and referrals that can support clients’ mental health journeys. \n
