Recovery-Focused Supportive Housing Counselor
Mental Health Association of Nassau County
Mental Health Association of Nassau County (MHANC) seeks a motivated Supportive Housing Counselor to assist adults with mental illness in Nassau County. You will provide supportive services, life skills coaching, and coordination with care teams to promote recovery and housing stability. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s in a Human Service field and at least 2 years of relevant experience; CPR and Narcan within 90 days; and reliable transportation to multiple locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mental Health Association of Nassau County
