Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms, ensuring patient safety and effective response to arrhythmias.
• Complete assessments, administer treatments, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, including those specific to Epic electronic medical records.
