Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rockville, MD

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to support daily production needs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating machinery, producing customer parts, creating casts, and working with melted plastics to form required shapes. The position is primarily seated and repetitive , suitable for someone who enjoys simple, consistent tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment efficiently while meeting daily output standards
• Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with company rules and regulations
• Inspect parts and maintain high-quality standards with strong attention to detail
• Follow established safety protocols at all times
• Take verbal instructions and perform tasks as directed
• Perform additional duties as required

Required Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong eye-hand coordination
• Ability to focus while performing repetitive tasks
• Fast and methodical work style
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Coordinated hand use for equipment operation
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good visual acuity for inspecting small components
• Comfortable working in a loud environment
