Central Security Service Bureau LLC is looking for a talented Contract and Proposal Writer to join our team in White Plains, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping how we win new business and formalize key partnerships. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for persuasive, precise writing, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, proposals, and related legal or business documents
- Develop compelling RFP and RFQ responses tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and management teams to gather content and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a library of proposal templates, boilerplate language, and contract standards
- Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, compliance, and consistency
- Track proposal deadlines and manage multiple submissions simultaneously
- Ensure all contracts and proposals align with company policies and industry regulations
- Proven experience in contract writing, proposal writing, or technical writing
- Strong understanding of contract language, terms, and compliance requirements
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience in the security services industry is a plus
