Luxury Maintenance Technician

Luxury Home Maintenance Technician

Behind every five-star guest review the ones that mention how everything was perfect, how nothing went wrong, how the house just worked there's a skilled technician who made it that way.

At 30A Luxury Vacations, we manage some of the most exceptional vacation properties along Florida's Emerald Coast. We're locally owned, we know this community, and we hold ourselves to a standard that most companies only claim. That standard is built and maintained by people like you.

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes real pride in their craft and who understands that in the luxury space, the bar is simply higher.

A Different Kind of Maintenance Role

This isn't apartment maintenance. The guests staying in our properties are discerning travelers who paid a premium to be here and they notice everything. The homeowners trusting us with their assets have invested significantly in them and expect a management partner who treats their properties with the same care they would.

That shapes everything about how we operate. We don't wait for things to break. We maintain them so they don't. Preventative maintenance is the backbone of our approach you'll know these properties intimately, stay ahead of seasonal needs, and catch issues before a guest ever notices one.

Clean and professional is our baseline in how our properties look, how our work is documented, and how our team presents itself.

A Word About the Schedule

We're in the hospitality business. That means we work when other people vacation. Weekends are a regular part of this role, and holidays can be a workday too because that's when guests are checking in and our properties need to be flawless. We structure the team's schedule as fairly as we can and make sure there's protected time to recharge. If you take pride in being the person who shows up when it matters, you'll feel right at home here.

You'll be a front-line expert across a portfolio of luxury homes keeping everything guest-ready, responding decisively when something needs attention, and proactively protecting the properties you're entrusted with.

The Skills That Set You Apart
