The Role As a Project Engineer , you will: Support project planning and execution for civil construction projects, including stormwater systems, storm sewers, and WWTPs. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of earthwork, grading, and utility installations. Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Track project progress by monitoring schedules, budgets, and resources. Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Assist with issue resolution and collaborate with the Project Manager to keep construction activities on track. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and site preparation. Strong experience in earthworks, wet utilities, stormwater management, and storm sewer/drain systems. Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
