That's the level of quality and innovation you'll be part of when you join our team.We are seeking a Production Technician to efficiently facilitate production processes, ensure product quality, and contribute to the overall success of the production team.So, what will you be doing as a Production Technician?Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a projectSourcing the material to be used in the projectMeasuring and cutting material to specificationsWelding materials using the correct materials to join the metals togetherAssist in production of product and cycle countingWorks with conventional and precision measuring instrumentsPerforms process inspection, certification, and documentationPerforms material handling, receiving, and shipping dutiesMaintains welding equipment through maintenance activitiesTo be successful in this role, you'll need:Able to pass various welding certifications testsSkilled at grinding, as well as operating and maintaining machineryFinishes product through use of various manual and power grinding toolsPerform routine maintenance on grinding equipmentPossess the practical & technical knowledge required to perform the jobBasic math ability and understanding of mechanical principles used in sheetPrevious experience with metal fabricationSoft skills such as strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of quality control procedure.Reasons You'll Love It HereWe offer a full suite of employee benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; as well as paid vacation, paid personal time, and various opportunities to give back to your local community.
