House Supervisor (RN) - Night

Position: House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Birmingham, AL Schedule: Full-time Night 12-hour shifts Compensation: $91,200 - $113,500 (based on years of experience) Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 House Supervisors at Select Specialty Hospital play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership for patients in critical illness recovery. As part of the ICU recovery team, you will oversee nursing staff, manage resources, and ensure high-quality patient care during each shift. Responsibilities Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift. Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth. Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure all company policies and procedures are being maintained. Serve as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families. Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient‑specific and facility‑wide needs, while also improving operations. Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred. Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
