Pay Rate: $15.50

Job Summary:

This position blends the responsibilities of an Order/Vault Fulfillment Specialist to provide cross-functional support to operations. The individual in this role will primarily work within the Packaging Department but will assist with the Vault and Fulfillment tasks during high-volume periods or to provide team coverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Vault:

• Assist in secure inventory handling, storage, and movement of products in and out of the vault
• Maintain accuracy of METRC tracking and physical inventory records
• Support Vault Specialist in product audits, reconciliations, and documentation

Order Fulfillment:

• Support order preparation and packaging for outbound shipments
• Track, verify, and record orders in METRC and internal systems
• Ensure the fulfillment area is stocked, clean, and compliant with security standards

Additional:

• Flex between departments as directed by management based on workflow demands
• Communicate with department Leads and Managers to ensure operational continuity
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent badge
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs
• Previous experience in cannabis, fulfillment, or inventory handling is preferred
• Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and reliable with time management

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move/stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Requires close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
