MRI Technologist PRN

Position Purpose: MRI Technologist, PRN - in the Radiology Department at St Mary's Hospital.

What You Will Do:

Under the direction of the technical supervisor/team leader, the imaging assistant is responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI.

Direct patient flow through the department.

Greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department.

What You Will Need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered or registry eligible with ARRT (MR).

Must have current BLS thru American Heart Association.

Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.

Experience: One year experience in hospital environment preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence.
