We are seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions, requests, and general product or service information. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers and focuses on providing helpful, accurate, and timely assistance.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized when handling multiple requests, and approaches each interaction with patience and professionalism. This position works closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are addressed and information is communicated consistently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, policies, and available options.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Provide clear and accurate information based on individual customer inquiries.
• Assist with routine service requests and general account questions.
• Help resolve common customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Direct specialized or complex requests to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and relevant details accurately.
• Update customer information within company systems.
• Follow up on open questions or unresolved requests as needed.
• Communicate status updates and additional information to customers.
• Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with colleagues to obtain information needed to address customer requests.
• Identify recurring questions or concerns and share relevant feedback with the team.
• Maintain organized records and complete routine customer service documentation.
• Assist with preparing informational materials and customer resources.
• Follow established procedures for handling customer information and service requests.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment throughout the workday.
• Participate in team meetings and scheduled training sessions.
• Complete additional customer service responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales support, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer requests and changing priorities.
