This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs* Coordinate and manage daily operations of the skilled nursing unit* Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards* Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (CMS, state guidelines)* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapy, and social services* Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training* Oversee care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes* Address resident and family concerns in a professional and timely manner**Qualifications:*** Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state* Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting* Prior supervisory or management experience preferred* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes**Benefits:*** Competitive salary* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off (PTO)* 401(k) with company match# We are an equal opportunity employer.
