As a senior brand manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing and conveying the HNTB brand, vision and unique value proposition to key audiences. You will work with senior leadership, marketing, and government relations functions to strengthen HNTB’s brand. In this leadership role, you will collaborate across various disciplines to develop and implement effective communications to achieve business outcomes. What You’ll Do Strategic Planning: Partners with senior leadership to develop and implement communications plans to advance the firm’s brand and support business goals. Communications Adviser: Serve as a communications adviser to senior leaders regarding appropriate communication strategy needed to achieve business goals. Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content that is consistent with brand messaging for a variety of communications channels including internal, social and web platforms. Leadership: Direct, plan and oversee implementation of all external communications efforts to support HNTB’s brand. Event Management: Develop events and forums that strengthen industry relationships. Media Relations: Serve as a liaison to media outlets. Partnerships: Identify and establish external partnerships. Agency Management: Manage public relations agencies and programs. Team Leadership: Direct a team of communications professionals that implement and coordinate various communication programs. Mentoring: Develop direct reports through guidance, mentoring, providing feedback and supporting them to contribute to their individual performance and career success at HNTB. Performs other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent and 10 years agency or corporate environment experience. In lieu of degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
