About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Golf Services Assistant to join our team.

You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests, providing excellent service and ensuring every visit is enjoyable. If you're confident, reliable, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a busy team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and in line with service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guest questions about the menu.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond promptly to requests.
• Process payments and bills accurately.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Support the wider team during busy periods and contribute to a positive working environment.

Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or customer service is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
