Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Where is the work: On‑Site (5 days) What you will do: Responsible for overall performance of the team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output. Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow. Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement. Regularly communicate goals and plant‑wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members. Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations. Provide adaptability, coaching, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, leadership, and problem‑solving to succeed from day one. Identify production‑related issues and implement process improvements to ensure consistent output quality and adherence to safety regulations; support plant goals such as units per man hour, safety and 5S, TAKT attainment, and cost as measured by overall plant performance. What you will bring: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $77,963.33 - $109,340.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
