Note Must have an active Florida Bar license in good standing and 1+ year of directly relevant personal injury experience. This is an on-site role with limited flexibility for hybrid or remote work. Job Description Represent clients in personal injury matters from case evaluation through resolution Manage and advance an assigned caseload while keeping cases organized and moving forward Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, insurance coverage, and overall case value Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other involved parties Draft pleadings, demands, correspondence, discovery, motions, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client's circumstances Negotiate claims and settlements while protecting clients' interests Prepare cases for litigation, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial as appropriate Work closely with attorneys and support staff to provide responsive, high-quality client service Qualifications Active Florida Bar license in good standing 1+ year of personal injury law experience Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple active matters Strong client-service mindset and professional demeanor Ability to work on-site in Port Charlotte, FL Why You Will Love Working Here You will have the opportunity to do substantive legal work that matters, work directly with clients, and continue developing as a personal injury attorney.
