How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocol
• Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition change.
• Coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well-coordinated patient care
• Execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
